O.I Renovations was built on a long-standing partnership and a shared commitment to doing things properly. Jason and Paul have been friends since primary school, forming a foundation of trust and aligned standards.
Jason brings hands-on construction experience and industry knowledge, while Paul brings a background in business, finance, and systems-driven management.
Together, they created O.I Renovations to offer homeowners a renovation partner that delivers both quality workmanship and a well-managed, professional process.

Jason Abbott
Jason leads all on-site execution at O.I Renovations, managing projects from initial planning through to final handover. He is responsible for quality control, contractor coordination, and ensuring every build is delivered to a high standard. With over five years of experience in construction project management, Jason has been involved in developments from breaking ground to completed units, as well as full renovations, home additions, and property upgrades. His background includes large-scale residential developments, sectional title builds, and complex conversion projects. Notable experience includes multi-unit estate developments, retirement housing projects, and the conversion of commercial property into residential units, along with extensive renovation and upgrade work across various properties. Jason also holds a BCom Honours in Financial Risk Management, bringing an added layer of planning, cost awareness, and disciplined execution to every project.

Paul-Heinrich Teitge
Paul leads the business behind O.I Renovations, ensuring every project runs with structure, clarity, and a strong client experience. He oversees operations, financial management, marketing, and the systems that keep projects efficient and accountable from start to finish. With a background in actuarial science and experience as a risk analyst, Paul brings a disciplined, analytical approach to business. He has founded and managed multiple ventures, building a strong foundation in scaling operations, financial control, and process-driven execution. His focus is on building a renovation company that is not only capable on-site, but professionally run behind the scenes, delivering a seamless and reliable experience for every client.
